I was planning on doing this a little more eloquently…a little more planned out and with a cleverly written post. But here I am, actually supposed to be on my flight already (I was bumped till tomorrow), still racing to finish some work, projects and cleaning up that I was hoping to have done before I left.
I’m going back to Thailand.
But the past several weeks have been so filled with visits, meals, activities, work and planning that I haven’t been able to write about what’s been going on recently – culture shock (sort of), getting used to being home and settling into a kind of routine, trying to figure out a long distance relationship, driving on the right side of the road, dealing with some insecurities and tough questions from friends and family on what’s next, and eating as much cheese as I want…
It will come…but first I need to make my flight half way around the world.
In the meantime, I know there’s been several new visitors lately and I just wanted to say: thank you! I’ll be more interesting soon. Promise. For now, here are some of the best posts on Paper Planes to date to get you started:
